OUR DESIGN PROCESS
CONCEPTUAL
We often start with a clients sketch or idea that they have either drawn, or seen somewhere. From there we work closely as a team, to develop your ideas into a conceptual floor plan.
Preliminary Design
Now we move on to a Preliminary Floor Plan. We always provide our plans in color, so they are easily understood.
Preliminary Elevations
Once we have nailed down the Preliminary Floor Plan, we move on to Preliminary Elevations. Here we use 3D Modeling to see how the design will look.
Sketchup Modeling
With Floor Plans and Elevations complete, we next move into 3D Modeling utilizing Sketchup. Here you can really finalize the details.
Virtual Rendering
Finally we can provide a Virtual Rendering of the project for final review.
Construction
As construction proceeds, undoubtedly there will be some on-site design changes, such as these Cypress rafter tails. This is where the building begins it's transformation from a paper sketch, to a unique "Art Of Structure".
Final Product
As you can see, Our process is easy to understand, flexible in design changes, and results in a truly beautiful building.
